Prenatal policy
I can only work on prenatal clients up to 38 weeks pregnant, i.e 2 weeks prior to due date.
Intake Questions / Reminder Message
I send out a TEXT reminder message 2 working days prior, it is the last thing I do before going home for the night so usually will go out between 4pm and 6pm. It has some intake questions at the bottom of the text. I NEED you to reply to the text and answer those questions a MINIMUM of 1 hour before your scheduled start time. If they aren't answered by 1 hour before your scheduled start time I will not be able to work on you. If you make no attempt to contact me you will go down as a No-show. See No-Show policy below.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
I do ask that if you must cancel you give me as much advanced notice as you can.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason, without calling or texting first, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be put on a "no-show" list and if it happens a second time client will no longer be able to book with me.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
